1. The proposed use is perishable goods manufacturing, which is permitted in the I-2 zone. Use specific standards 4.9.5.C.1-8, 4.9.5.E.1-2, and 4.9.13.Q are applicable.

2. Property is subject to the ADC-2 & 3 – UDC 5.6.8.B-C and NCD-A – UDC 5.6.9.A, overlay zones of the Airport Environs Zone; include in the General Notes how the use in its entirety complies with these Overlay Zones.
3. A Development Package is not required, however include elevations showing the height of the new and existing units. Please include prior case numbers (presubmittal, rezoning, board of adjustment, development package) on the building plan submittal.
