SAME-Add gutter and downspout sizing calculations to Plan Pg. A4.0, that derive from -IPC 1106.1, 1106.3, 1106.6 2 thru 5 OK 6). OK 7). OK 8). Now that the gas ventless fireplace combustion air (room size) calculations have been added to plan page M1.0, the room size information is incorrect, the ceiling heights are 10ft in all fireplace rooms not 16ft, & offices A105 & A104 are roughly each 1000 sq ft= and can only support 20,000 BTU each, that being said the 36" fire place chosen on plan page A10 is not dual sided so only one office would not be large enough to support 28,000 BTUs. ( *Note-The medicare/homecare rooms for the 60" dual sided ventless fireplace are still large enough even with 10ft ceilings) 9).
