1). Need to show the Total GPM load for each horizontal Storm Bldg. drain exit terminations on Plan Pages 1P201A,1P201C, 1P201D, 1P201E -IPC 1106.2
2). Provide the civil site utility piping plan to see that it correlates with the foundation plan water, storm, & sewer stub-outs. -IPC A106.3.1
3). The 1/8" pitched 6" Sanitary bldg. drain on 1P201E is undersized. -IPC Table 710.1
4). Washers shown on plan pg. 3AC101 that discharge to the sanitary drainage system on plan Pg. 1P201D need to discharge thru a lint interceptor. -IPC 1003.6
5). Plan Pages 1p201B & 1P201D sectors B&D show a large amount of floor sinks but their use isn't specified or clear. These indirect waste receptors need to comply with IPC 802.1 & 803.1 (the use of the floor sinks in sectors C&E are clear)
6). The 2 sump pumps SP1 #9 will need to discharge to an indirect waste receptor. -IPC 802.1.5, 301.3
7). Natural gas #1 & #2 on 1P301 appear to be piped underground? see IFGC 404.14
8). Is the gas piping in sector E on Plan Pg. 1P301E being routed above grade/slab in it's entirety? IFGC sect 404
9). Provide the proposed gas loads & pressures on plan pages. 1P301c & 1P301E. IFGC 402.3 & 402.7
