Same-This occupancy type & load requires a High/Low drinking fountain, can't be substituted. -IPC 403.1 & 410.3 -Tucson Amendment 410.4 Substitution. REVISE section by ADDING a second sentence to read: When a single drinking fountain is required, it may be substituted with a point of use water cooler or dispenser. -This means if the occupancy load required more drinking fountains than the required 2 as stated in 410.3, the additional drinking fountains could be substituted with water dispensers. 2). OK 3). OK 4). Same -Water Heater detail on plan pg. P3 needs to show a pan & drain. -IPC 504.7 - " code section IPC 504.7 says a water heater pan is required when a water heater is installed in an location where leakage could cause damage" - this section does not say structural damage & Tucson amendments do not contain a change for this code section as stated in response comments 5). Medical Service Outpatient is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.13.Q. 1. This comment was not addressed, the DP has not been resubmitted with corrections at this time. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0306, although the footprint appears to match what was shown on the DP, Zoning was not able to compare building heights as no proposed height was provided on the DP.
