This site is located in the C-2 zone (UDC 4.7.21). Personal Storage is an allowed use in the zone (UDC Table 4.8-4) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.C.3 & .6. 1. This comment was not addressed. Per UDC Article 4.9.10.C.6 The facility’s exterior facade visible from adjoining residential properties or street frontage shall be earth tone in color and of masonry, stucco, or similar materials. The proposed metal siding shown on the southwest elevations for all 3 buildings does not meet the Use Specific Standard. Provide a color palate with you next submittal that clearly demonstrates that the requirements of UDC Use Specific Standards 4.9.10.C.3 & .6 are met.
