Based on the comment response letter you have proposed to change from a sleeping quarters to an accessory dwelling unit. A revised application will be required with the next submittal. The following comments apply:

1. COMMENT: Based on the definition of a dwelling unit a full kitchen is required. The provided plans do not show a fully kitchen.

2. Once the drawings are revised to show a full kitchen impact fees of $2,748.00 will apply
