These comments are still applicable. 01. COMMENT: Please provide a calculation showing the GFA of the accessory structures not exceeding 50% GFA of the principal structure. Per UDC section 6.63.E: The total gross floor area (gfa) of all accessory structures shall not exceed 50% of the gfa of the principal structure . Accessory structures less than 200 square feet gfa and accessory dwelling units are exempt from this requirement.
