COMMENT: Please reorient the site plan with North facing the top of the page. 02. COMMENT: Add a lot coverage calculation. The sum square footage of all primary structures may not exceed 50% of the size of the primary structure. More information is needed to determine the sizes of all structures. 03. COMMENT: Indicate that the proposed structure will be either a sleeping quarters or an accessory dwelling unit (ADU), and not a guest house. A sleeping quarters will be considered an extra detached bedroom that cannot be rented, have an address, full kitchen, or its own electrical panel. An ADU can have a full kitchen, may be rented, have an address, and it's own electrical panel. 04. COMMENT: Indicate how all comments have been addressed with a comment response letter.
