Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P. 1. As there are proposed changes shown to Sheets C1.3 & C5.1 of the development package a revision to the DP must be submitted and approved prior to approval of this revision to the building plan. This DP revision is a separate submittal from the building plan and is submitted at: https://docs.tucsonaz.gov/Forms/tucsonpermitapp, using Submittal Type “Site Review”. 2. The development package sheets provided in the building set, except for sheets C7.1 & C7.2 Utility Plans, need to be the stamped approved development pack sheets, marked for reference only or removed for the building plans.
