Food Service is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-4). See Use Specific Standards 4.9.4.M.1 and 4.9.13.P. 1. Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with DP21-0172 and although it appears that the building matches what is shown on the DP, until DP21-0172 is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plan.
