1. This is a commercial project, requiring all documents to be prepared, sealed, signed, and dated by a registered Electrical design professional. Provide plans sealed by an Arizona Registrant. Reference: Arizona Revised Statutes 32-125, Board of Technical Registration Rules R4-30-304. City of Tucson Commercial Plan Submittal Requirements.

2. Ref; Plan Sheet E2, E3.

(A) Label Panel ‘A2’ and ‘B2’, ‘A’ and ‘B’ correctly on the line diagram. And provide complete panel schedules for sub panels ‘A2’ and ‘B2’.

(B) Revise the feeders from the service disconnects to the main panels to the correct sizes and quantities per NEC. Also indicate fuse types.

(C) Provide a grounding detail for the 75 KVA transformers, and identify each including primary and secondary voltages.

(D) Locate or identify all the breaker panels on the electrical floor plans.

(E) The electrical service utility conductors must be fed underground not overhead. 2018 IBC Amendment 112.1.1.

(F) Provide OCPD’s and or fused disconnecting means for the 75 KVA transformers as required per NEC art 240 and 450.
