• Indicate the scale of the plan (must be engineering scale, i.e. 1" = 10'-0").
• Indicate the name of the Owner and the property address.
• Provide a lot coverage calculation.
• Show locations of utility lines for water, sewer, electric and gas.
• Indicate the zoning of the property and of the surrounding properties.
• Provide a legal description of the property (i.e. the subdivision name and lot number or metes and bounds legal if not in a subdivision).
• Provide the property dimensions on the plan.
