01/08/2021 ALEXANDRA HINES ZONING REVIEW Approved Please be aware of previous comment--to remove civil and landscape sheets from T20CM07068 set in order to avoid inconsistency between DP20-0201 and T20CM07068. Or label "reference DP20-0201" next to the civil and landscape sheets in the index. The permit for grading and landscaping construction is issued off the DP20-0201.

Note, the civil and landscape sheets in the "LTS Tucson Delta A-H Combined Full Set Compressed 2020-12-22 - Uploaded File Type Plans; SupportingDocuments 1; 1" file has the wrong DP referenced. It's DP20-0201 not DP18-0235. Zoning does not stamp these civil and lanscape sheets in the T20CM07068 for construction.
01/13/2021 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Passed 1. The eastern wash basins in rooms 203 and 409 do not appear to have been revised to place the fixture within 24" of the recirculating hot water loop. [Second comment: It appears that the hot water source is not within 24" (for ½" pipe) or 6" (for ¾" pipe) of the stop valve for the lavatories in rooms 302, 311 and, 323 or the eastern wash basins in rooms 203 and 409.] [Initial comment: Verify that the distance from the hot water source to the hot water termination for the public lavatories complies with the requirements of Section C404.5, IECC 2018.]
2. The section of the building sewer immediately downstream of the grease interceptor on sheet 7 of 21 does not include the distance from the rim of the upstream cleanout to the invert of the building sewer in the developed pipe length between cleanouts. The maximum developed pipe length between cleanouts is 100-feet. [Second comment: Provide the revised civil drawing 7 of 21 showing that the developed distance between cleanouts is less than 100-feet.] [Initial comment: The maximum distance between cleanouts shall be 100-feet, measured along the developed pipe length. Reference: Section 708.1.1, IPC 2018.]
