Based on the envelope and mechanical COMcheck compliance certificates, the architect chose the reduced lighting power option. Apparently the electrical engineer was not informed of this decision. Revise the lighting design to comply with Section C406.3, IECC 2018 or select an alternate means of complying with the additional efficiency requirement. Reference: Section C401.2 (2), IECC 2018.
