12/21/2021 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Comment not resolved. 12/21/2021 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Revise the ventilation calculation spreadsheet by entering the number of water closets in each restroom rather than the room area, as noted in the instructions. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
2. Show how the required ventilation will be provided for the office. Reference: Section 401.2, IMC 2018.
3. Clarify the note, "1/2" coolant line from fan coil to air handler per mgf. specs." A fan coil unit is an air handler; are you referring to the fan coil unit and the condensing unit? Provide a condensate drain for the fan coil unit (AC-1). Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
4. Coordinate the COMcheck envelope components with the office construction (e.g. R-13 versus R-19 batt insulation in the walls; no insulation called out on the drawing for the office ceiling versus R-48 batt plus R-48 continuous insulation for the office ceiling in COMcheck).
