3. Ref; Plan sheets E1 and E2. The Outdoor lighting calcs on each plan do not correlate with each other.
4. Provide a complete luminaire schedule for all the lighting that also correlates with the Outdoor lumen calcs for exterior lighting.
5. Verify luminaire lamp output color temperature to comply with sec 402.1 of the Outdoor Lighting Code. 3500K.
6. Provide a note on the plan requiring a Special Inspection for Outdoor Lighting required if applicable per section 104.2.2, 106.2.1.
7. Indicate whether the new service overhead or underground fed by the utility. Comply with 2018 IBC Amendments sec 112.1.1.
8. Verify that the sequence of operation for the exhaust fans complies with the Mechanical requirements. See Mechanical plan.

5. The exterior wall insulation shown in the Wall Legend, sheet A1.0, does not match the prescriptive wall insulation for mass walls shown in 2018 IECC Table C402.1.3.
6. Submit a building envelope COMcheck since the prescriptive insulation methods of 2018 IECC Table C402.1.3 are not being used and add the U-factors and for exterior wall fenestration (swing doors) used in the COMcheck to the Door schedule on sheet A3.0.
