06/17/2020 | ERIC NEWCOMB | BUILDING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | I must apologize in delaying the processing of your eight Rio Mercado apartment projects. I was trying to dig out the information I needed to complete the OK to Submit for each one, and I spent a lot of time looking for that information. I typically spend about 30 minutes looking up information for the project, entering that information into Permits Plus, then approving the OK to Submit. I've spent a great deal more time looking for pertinent information on these projects. My hope is that you can provide this information to me on a revised Cover Sheet (or secondary Code Analysis Sheet) so I can process the projects. On a typical Cover Sheet (or a secondary Code Analysis Sheet), I need a Code Analysis for each structure. In this case, I have six apartment buildings, a clubhouse, and a splash pad/building. Is that correct? On the Cover Sheet, I would need each of those 8 structures identified on a site plan. I need the square footage of the first floor, square footage of the second floor, number of apartment units on the first floor, number of units on the second floor, construction type of each structure, sprinkler information if applicable, occupant load of the first floor, and occupant load of the second floor. I need this information clearly stated on the Cover Sheet (or Secondary Code Analysis Sheet) for each structure. With that information, I can easily complete the OK to Submit for all the structures, and I can establish Plan Review Fees, Permit Fees, and Impact Fees for each. I just couldn't get to that point at this time with the sets you submitted. Thanks for the information. Eric |
