1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. Development package, DP20-0099 must be approved prior to approval of this building plan..

3. The elevations provided in the building plan set do not match what was submitted with the development package. Please provide fully dimensioned building elevations with you next submittal. The critical dimensions needed are on the rear elevation and should be from top of the highest wall to design grade.
