Sheet TS1; Code Study (Occupant Load): The occupant load of the Patio (29) should be included in the total occupant load, which results in 77 total occupants. The Occupancy Classification would now be an A-2. Please indicate this additional occupant load on the drawing, and revise the Occupancy Classification as required. 3. Sheet TS1; Code Study (Plumbing Fixture Requirements): Please revise the required lavatories to 1M, 1W. An appeal must be made to the Building Official for the common lavatories for the men and the women. 4. Sheet TS1; Code Study (Plumbing Fixture Requirements): Please indicate the calculations for the plumbing fixtures per the IBC Table 2902.1. For the restaurant classification, indicate the men's required water closets as 39 occupants/75 = 1 men's watercloset. Do this for all fixtures for men and women. 5. Sheet A1; Floor Plan: Per the IBC Section 1109.11, where seating or standing space is provided in accessible spaces, at least 5% of the seating and standing spaces shall be accessible. Please indicate a calculation on this sheet for the required number of those spaces, and indicate them on the Floor Plan. 6. General: Please provide a Special Inspection Certificate with Parts A and B completed. This certificate may be found on www.tucsonaz.gov/PDSD. 7.
