07/06/2020 ROBERT SHERRY WATER REVIEW Reqs Change Provide the size and serial number of the water meter serving this building, the size of the backflow preventer associated with the water meter, and the total water demand served by the water meter. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2018.
07/06/2020 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The 2018 International Mechanical and International Energy Conservation Codes with Local Amendments are the relevant codes for this project, not the 2012 IMC or the 2012 IRC (see Mechanical Notes #1 and #19).
2. Demonstrate energy code compliance for the alterations to the building envelope using calculations based on the current code. Reference: Sections C103.2, C303, C503.1, and C503.3, International Energy Conservation Code 2018.
