COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. While the building plans are consistent with what has been approved on the development plan DP19-0147 and consistent as it relates to the zoning review purview, zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time. 1. Zoning acknowledges that the development package sheets a marked "FOR REFERENCE ONLY" but the DP sheets within the building plan show a revision #1 for "PRIVATE SEWER, ADDED FENCE, RELOCATE NORTH GATE" which is not shown on the approved DP. The plans should match. 2. Once the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans.
