| 03/05/2020 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | FROM: David Rivera PDSD Zoning Review Section PROJECT: T20CM01263- New Storage Building (Storage Use Group - Personal Storage Building) Building Plan Review (1st Review) Irvington Nineteen Storage 1760 W Irvington Road - C-1 Zoning - Related to DP19-0147 TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 5, 2020 DUE DATE: March 20, 2020 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. While the building plans are consistent with what has been approved on the development plan DP19-0147 and consistent as it relates to the zoning review purview, zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time. One item that needs to be addressed on the building plans are the site sheets. Per the site sheets of the building plan set it appears that a landscape island is proposed along the northeast parking area. There does not appear to be a Landscape island on the approved DP. Revise the building site sheets that include the landscape island. If the DP sheets are to be included in the building package they must be the PDSD approved and signed copies. Remove the unapproved version of the DP sheets from the building package or mark them as "Reference only, see the PDSD approved and signed DP package DP19-0147". 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure consistency with the approved and signed copy of the DP. (If any changes are necessary to the building plans due to plan review comments that affect zoning requirements the DP will have to be revised to reflect the changes.) Once the building plans are approved by the Commercial Plans reviewers zoning can approve the building plans. If you have any questions about this transmittal, Contact David Rivera on Tuesday or Wednesday at (520) 837-4957 or by email David.Rivera@tucsonaz.gov or contact Steve Shields, (520) 837-4956 or Steve.Shields@tucsonaz.gov RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: building plans |
