3. REVISED: The proposed configuration will NOT require a condo plat and can be recorded directly with Pima County. Due to the limited number of lots proposed with this configuarion, a condo plat is not applicable.
4. The comments provided are preliminary and are not to be assumed as a complete review of the proposal.
