These two tapping points should be spaced about a 1,000 LF away from each other. This will then allow for a looped connection with redundancy for the subdivision. This will entail providing at least a 15' wide easement along one of the lot lines to accommodate the western tie in point.
A master plan and a separate design plan submittal will need to be made to Tucson Water New Development Section as part of the plan review process.
