Review RESUBMITTAL REQUIRED: TDOT Permit Review Section has reviewed the subject PIA paving plan and recommends a conditional approval at this time. The following comments need to be addressed and plans revised prior to submitting mylar plan set for signatures. Please submit a PDF copy for review prior to submitting mylars. 1. Include the plan number "I-2019-003" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Include the PIA activity number "T19PI00004" on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 2, General Paving Note 3: Revise note to indicate the use of COT Mix No. 2 for the asphaltic concrete. 4. Sheet 2: Revise roadway sections to indicate the placement of 6' wide sidewalk along Valencia Rd. pursuant to section 10-01.4.1.A.1.a of the Technical Standards Manual. 5. Sheet 3: Revise drawing to indicate that the cross slope in the pedestrian crosswalk areas at the driveways will not exceed 2%. 6. Sheet 4: Revise drawing to relocate curb access ramp on the east side of the east driveway south to be more in line with west ramp. Pursuant to AZ Revised Statute 9-499.02 ramps must align with each other where the cross the street. 7. Sheet 4, Sections 2 & 3: Indicate type of filter fabric. Filter fabric shall be Mirafi 140N or an equivalent type. 8. Sheet 5: Verify P.A.G. Standard Detail called out for proposed catch basin and indicate wing lengths. 9. Sheet 5: Provide an additional manhole in the storm drain run within Valencia Road. Pursuant to S.M.D.D. Section 10.9.1.8, a minimum 300 Ft minimum manhole spacing is recommended for conduits 30 In. or less. 10.
