Oracle Road / C-3 Zoning TRANSMITTAL DATE: March 17, 2020 DUE DATE: March 31, 2020 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Provide the applicable setbacks from the building to the property line. Ensure that the plan is consistent with what is being proposed in the development package. 2. | 03/25/2020 | DAN SANTA CRUZ | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Please address the following electrical plan review comments. Also provide a written response. 1. The PDF for the Outdoor Lighting lumen Calculations submitted does not correlate with the lumen calculations on the site lighting plan E-105. Also the calcs are incorrect. Revisit table 401,1 for lumens allowed. 2. For clarity, please include the luminaire schedule for the exterior lighting including the canopy luminaires on the site plan E-105. Correlate the mark for the luminaires shown at their locations on the site plan with the luminaire schedule and the lumen calculations. 3. Provide shielding, and lamp color temperature information on the luminaire schedule or provide manufacturer cut sheets. | 03/25/2020 | ROBERT SHERRY | PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | ASSE 1012-rated backflow preventers are designed for use in low hazard situations. What is the nature of the chemical additive (i.e. will it cause an actual hazard to the public health if it is introduced into the water distribution system through a backflow event). [Initial comment: The McDonalds model 205S inline check valve (Chemical feed system detail, P-400) does not appear to have an ASSE listing as a backflow protection device. Provide a backflow protection device that is listed for the intended application. Reference: Sections 608.6 and 608.7, IPC 2018.] |
