The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed. 2. A development package (commercial site plan) must be submitted and approved prior to approval of the building plans. This can be accomplished by either revising the existing development package, DP17-0245, or closing out DP17-0245 and starting a new development package. The development package is required to meet the requirements of Administrative Manual 2-06. 3. Until the building plan is approved by all other review agencies Zoning cannot approve the plan.
