Sheet 12 (Footing Table); Structural Calculations (Page 14): The calculations indicate a 1'-4" footing width, but the Footing Table indicates a 12" footing width option. Please clarify. 5. Sheet 12; Building Section C: The Building Section shows 2-#4 at the top of the footing, while the Note 12 indicates 1-#4 at the top. Please coordinate. 6. Sheet 12; Building Notes: Note 13 references the Right Elevation for the reinforcement extension beyond the opening, and the Left Elevation for the reinforcement extension beyond the opening. The Right and Left Elevations have no openings. Please revise. 7. Sheet 12; Building Notes: Please clarify in Note 13 where the 14" or 24" reinforcement extension is applicable, and where the 20" or 24" reinforcement extension is applicable. 8. Sheet 12; Building Section C: Please add the 2-#4 at the top of the footing on the right side of the Building Section (per Note 12). 9.
