07/12/2019 ALEXANDRA HINES ZONING REVIEW Reqs Change RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Please resubmit updated drawings along with a detailed comment response letter, which states how all zoning review comments were addressed. This may be achieved in Bluebeam session.

Zoning has reviewed the building plans for compliance with the issued development package (DP19-0038) and found that the building plans are consistent with the issued development package as it relates to the zoning requirements, which includes the building square footage, building height, building footprint, and location on the site.

1. Include the private utility sheet and mark "FOR REFERENCE ONLY".
2. Remove civil and landscape sheets.
3. Add keynote, "reference sheets in DP19-0038", next to civil and landscape sheets in index. The sheets can be compiled together later on the job site.
4. Gate and path from patio on NEC differ from construction documents in issued development package. Work with inspectors to revise development package at a later time to match.
5. Service yard and gates on NWC differ from construction documents in issued development package. Work with inspectors to revise development package at a later time to match.

Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any updates made to the building plans or the development package does not affect zoning requirements. Zoning cannot approve the building plans until all PDSD commercial plans reviewers have also approved the building plans.

07/31/2019 JOHN VAN WINKLE ENGINEERING REVIEW Reqs Change T19CM04184

1) Detail 6 on sheet x2.0. The minimum clear height from the lowest sign to grade should be 84". Reference City of Tucson Technical Standards Manual (TSM) section 7-01.4.3
2) Sheet P2.7. Coordinate with Development Plan. Show on plans that any roof drains (downspouts) scupper underneath sidewalks or pedestrian walkways or are connected to the underground storm drain system as shown on sheet C4.0 of the Development Package. Reference TSM 7-01.4.1.E
3) As applicable since there is an underground drain system and sidewalk scuppers are proposed, remove the note on sheet P2.7 that says "ALL ROOF DRAINAGE ARE TO EXTEND DOWN THRU THE BUILDING AND SPILL TO GRADE. NO SITE STORM SYSTEM IS AVAILABLE FOR UNDERGOUND CONNECTION". Please note that roof drains used for emergency/secondary overflow can discharge directly to grade
