COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the T.I. for the new roof mounted AC units. Mechanical equipment must be screened entirely from view along the street frontage. There does not appear to be an exception to the screening of mechanical equipment in the PAD document, therefore it defaults to the current code requirements. 2. COMMENT: Provide building elevation drawing of the specific building where the new AC units will be placed and demonstrate that the equipment is screened from the view along the street frontage with the existing parapet walls. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any revisions made to the building plans do not affect zoning requirements and that all PDSD commercial plans reviewers have also approved the building plans.
