1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the building plans (BP) for compliance with the approved development package (DP18-0247) and found that the BP is not consistent with the approved DP.

a. Building square footage is inconsistent. BP is 32,450 SF and DP is 32, 425 SF.

b. Building height is inconsistent. BP is 31 FT and DP is 28 FT.

2. COMMENT: Revise the DP to be consistent with the BP. Ensure the revisions conform to PAD-7 standards. DP revisions are submitted to https://www.tucsonaz.gov/file-upload-pdsd. Upload applicable revised sheets with cloud and delta 1 and revision letter of the sheet numbers and changes. Within 5 days of the upload, you will receive a 'plans accepted for review' notification with the assessed fee and note that review of the electronic file over-the-counter may be applicable.

3. COMMENT: Following completion of comment 2, zoning will review the BP on the next submittal to assure that any updates made to the BP or the DP does not affect zoning requirements.

4. COMMENT: Zoning cannot approve the BP until all PDSD commercial plans reviewers have also approved the BP. Zoning approval stamp will be applied on sheets: Cover, A101, and A201.

05/08/2019 ALEXANDRA HINES ZONING REVIEW Approved Amended comment 1.a and 1.b as acceptable:
a. The footprint of the building on the development plan and the building plan is identical. The building area text on the development plan had not been updated to match the building plan from earlier iterations.
b. The maximum height of each elevation is 128’-2’ (Top of Screen wall), with a finished floor elevation of 100’-0” on sheet A-202 and A-203.

2. If revisions to the development package need to occur during the course of construction, please include corrected building square feet on the revised sheet.
