Previous Comment 10; Sheet A2; Floor Plan: The IBC Section 2902.2 requires men and women plumbing fixtures to be in separate facilities. This requires the two water closets and the two lavatories for each sex to be physically separated from the other sex. This plan indicates all four water closets and all four lavatories in the same space. This plan does not meet the current code requirement. Please revise the drawing, or you may appeal the building official for this condition. As of 11-26-18, that appeal has not been approved. |
