Houghton Road - I-2 Zoning TRANSMITTAL DATE: December 20, 2018 DUE DATE: December 20, 2018 COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed. 1. COMMENT: Zoning has done a review of the building plans. While the building footprint is consistent with the footprint on the DP as it relates to the zoning review purview (Building footprint, Height, square footage, site conditions etc.) zoning cannot approve the building plans until all PDSD Commercial Plans reviewer(s) have approved the building plans. 2. COMMENT: Remove the unapproved version of the Development Package sheets and replace with the PDSD Stamped and Signed version or mark the sheets as reference only. The unapproved DP sheets that have been stamped by The Mechanical/Plumbing reviewer or any of the PDSD Commercial Plans reviewers must be re-stamped once the stamped and signed copies are inserted into the building package. 3. Zoning is willing to stamp the plans over the counter on the next submittal assuming the Stamped and Signed copies of the DP is included in the building package.
