3. Verify that the specified sensor faucet for the public lavatories has an automatic time-out so that it will dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
4. The minimum slope for a 4" building sewer is 1/8" per foot (approximately 1%). See sheet C1.1. Reference: Section 704.1, IPC 2012.
5. Show the location of the required cleanouts in the building sewer. Reference: Section 708.3, IPC 2012.
6. Clarify how the service sink, S-1, is being vented. Reference: Section 901.2.1, IPC 2012.
