Alexandra Hines has requested a Minor IID review per UDC Section 5.12.8 and 5.12.10 for the above project with amended drawings which added the following structures to the original design:
o Addition of Fitness Center at the Southeast portion of the building
o Addition of Exterior Patio at Level 3 (Level 2 Roof)

On October 19, 2018, I met with Alex and the Owner's Architects for a presentation of the proposed revisions with plans and renderings.

I have performed a Minor Design Review Using UDC Section 5.12.8 and 5.12.10 to determine Compliance or Non compliance with each section and sub sections and found the following results:
o For the Addition of Fitness Center at the Southeast portion of the building, I found the design to be compliant or not applicable with regards to the UDC Sections and sub section. Therefore I approve this addition.
o For the Addition of Exterior Patio at Level 3 (Level 2 Roof), I found the design to be compliant or not applicable… Therefore I approve this addition.
Based on the Owner's presentation and my review UDC Sections, as the Design Professional, I approve this Minor Review for the above additions.
