While the revisions do not affect zoning requirements zoning cannot approve the plans until the 2nd Party plans reviewers approve the revisions. 2. COMMENT: Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that any revisions are consistent with the approved DP and do not affect any zoning requirements already approved. If any changes are necessary that involve changes to the exterior of the buildings that affect zoning requirements the DP will have to be revised to reflect the changes.
