Per the last electrical plan review, it was requested to provide full compliance with the Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code. The "Outdoor Lighting Calculation" table included in this submittal is incorrect due to incomplete lumen calcs or other incorrect information as follows: (a) Per the cover Plan Sheet T1. The parcel size is 6.34 acres. Not 2.7 acres, as stated on the provided Lighting Calcs, plan sheet ES101. Consequently a site plan of the existing luminaire locations and inventory was not provided on the site plan or in the lumen calcs in this submittal. Section 104.2.1 (b) Verify that the lamp color temperature for the new luminaires installed in the areas not classified as "Special Use Areas" complies with the 3500K limit per section 402.1. Also see section 701.2. (c) Not all areas on the parcel qualify as "Special Use Areas". For example, areas used for storage, maintenance, carwash or detail areas, employee parking, office area exterior lighting not used exclusively to show vehicles for sale.
