1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. It appears that the proposed building plans match development package DP17-0056 but until the development package is approved Zoning cannot approve the building plans.

3. The development package sheets provided in the building plan set will either need to be the signed approved development package sheets, marked as 'REFERENCE ONLY", or removed from the building plans.

4. Sheet A2.1 detail 9 calls for truncated domes, for your information truncated domes are only required within the public right-of-way and on raised platforms not on accessible ramps on site.

5. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.

Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the heating and cooling equipment specified for the project. Reference: Sections C302.2, C403.2.1, and C403.2.2, IECC 2012 as amended by the City of Tucson, and Section 312.1, IMC 2012.
2. Coordinate the number, location, and type of electric unit heaters with those shown on the architectural drawings. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
3. Provide information on the sequence of operation for the restroom exhaust fans so that all of the air supplied to the restrooms will be exhausted (i.e. all of the air supplied to each restroom is to be exhausted during the hours of operation even if the lights are off). Reference: Section 403.2.1 (4), IMC 2012.
07/05/2017 ROBERT SHERRY PLUMBING-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. Provide automatic faucets for the restroom lavatories. The faucets shall dispense a maximum of 0.25 gallons per metering cycle. For accessibility, verify that the cycle time of the faucet is at least 10-seconds. Reference: Section 416.6, IPC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson and Section 606.4, ICC/ANSI A117.1-09.
2. Provide an approved vacuum relief valve for the scheduled bottom-fed water heater located above the fixture outlets. Reference: Section 504.2, IPC 2012.
3. The schedule for electrical panel C indicates the provision of a receptacle circuit (C21) for a misting system. Where is the misting system to be located? A misting system will require the installation of a reduced pressure principle backflow prevention assembly. Reference: Section 608.16.6, IPC 2012.
4. Provide a cleanout at the base of each roof drain stack prior to connection to the horizontal storm drain. Reference: Sections 708.3.4 and 1101.8, IPC 2012.
