08/02/2017 | DAVID RIVERA | ZONING | REVIEW | Reqs Change | FROM: David Rivera PDSD Zoning Review Section PROJECT: Hughes Federal Credit Union T17CM03846 Building Plan (2nd Review) TRANSMITTAL DATE: August 2, 2017 1. As of this zoning review the plans had not been reviewed by all the PDSD review agencies. While zoning has reviewed the building plans and finds that the building plans are in substantial compliance with the approved DP as it relates to the zoning review purview such as building footprint, building square footage, building height, etc, zoning cannot approve the building plans at this time. Zoning will review the building plans on the next submittal to assure that the they are still with substantial compliance with the approved DP. 2. Also, The DP has been approved since April 2017 but the remaining fees have not been paid. A hold will be placed on the issuance of the building permit until such time as the fees for the DP are paid and the DP plans issued to the applicant. 3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve. If you have any questions about this transmittal, Contact David Rivera on Tuesday or Wednesday at (520) 837-4957 or by email David.Rivera@tucsonaz.gov or contact Steve Shields any time during the week at (520) 837-4956 or email Steve.Shields@tucsonaz.gov |
