COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the foundation plans for compliance with the current version (unapproved) development package. The building footprint depicted on the current version of the DP does not appear to match the foundation footprint. For your convenience a copy of DP sheet C2.S07 has been included with the Zoning review comments as reference to the discrepancy noted in a red cloud. Clarify if the building footprint on the DP is consistent with the foundation for the building footprint. (It is acknowledged that the foundation plan may not be for the overall building.) 2. COMMENT: Zoning will not be able to approve the foundation plans until the DP is approved. Assure that an approved and signed copy of the DP is included in the next submittal for review of the foundation plans. 3. COMMENT: Zoning will review the foundation plans on the next submittal to assure that any revisions made to the foundation plans do not affect zoning requirements and are consistent with the approved DP.
