Provide Manual J mechanical load calcs showing how the house conforms to the requirements of the IRC.
SHEET A1
Show the finished floor elevation for each structure relative to the highest adjacent grade next to the structure. Where decks are more than 30” above grade & more than 200 SF in area, provide guards as required by R312. Where more than 4 risers are provided, provide handrails per R311.7
Show the conduit and conductors going from the Main Panel to Panel B.
