Regarding response to previous Building comment 1, the resubmitted COMcheck is not different from the initial submittal. The storefront is still shown as thermally broken.
Regarding response to previous Building comment 5, the text of 1/A-1.1 must be minimum 3/32” high (upper and lower cases) to comply with City of Tucson commercial submittal requirements and not the text of braille. This has to do with legibility of the construction documents after printing and copying to digital form. Height of braille characters must be minimum 5/8-inches plus or minus 1/8” to comply with Table 703.2.4 of the ICC/ANSI A117.1-2009. Ref. ANSI A117.1 703.2.4.

Regarding response to previous Electrical comment 2, no revised interior lighting COMcheck was provided. Previous COMcheck indicates 3,083 SF of lighting area.

1. The building plans have been reviewed by Zoning Review Section but cannot approve the plan until all zoning comments or concerns have been addressed.

2. It appears that the building plans match the proposed development package DP17-0032 but until the development package has been approved Zoning cannot approve the foundation plan.

3. Until the above comments have been addressed and all other PDSD review agencies have approved the building plans zoning cannot approve.
