1. Revise the site plan to clearly show which building is being built with this activity. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
2. Revise the energy code analysis for the building envelope, coordinating the building components used in the analysis with those shown on the drawing. Reference: Section C303.1, IECC 2012, as amended by the City of Tucson.
3. Clarify how the projection factors for the two types of fenestration was calculated. Re-calculate the area of each type of fenestration. Will the thermal performance specifications for the insulating glass (Section 08800, 4; Sheet A6) be changed to agree with the COMcheck values? Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
4. Provide NFRC-certified U-value and SHGC data for the solar tubes Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
5. Revise the roof details to indicate the presence of the continuous insulation. Reference: Section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.
6. Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the two heat pumps specified for the shell space. Reference: Sections C403.2.1 and C403.2.2, IECC 2012, and Section 312.1, IMC 2012.

TI: Dental Suite
