07/10/2017 ROBERT SHERRY MECHANICAL-COMMERCIAL REVIEW Reqs Change 1. The architect shows fire-rated corridors on sheet A1.0. Clarify how the ductwork will be integrated with the corridors. The ducts from FC-5 that serve the new corridor appear to be running within the corridor enclosure and those from FC-6 appear to be running above the corridor enclosure but there is insufficient information to evaluate how the existing ductwork has been or needs to be modified to accommodate the revised corridors in the southern part of the building. Reference: Section 607, IMC 2012.
2. Provide heating and cooling load calculations that justify the capacities of the heating and cooling equipment specified for the project. Reference: Sections C302.2, C403.2.1, and C403.2.2, IECC 2012 as amended by the City of Tucson, and Section 312.1, IMC 2012.
3. Update the background of M1.1 with the current architectural floor plan. Reference; section 107.2.1, IBC 2012.

#1. Provide complete compliance with the Tucson/Pima County Outdoor Lighting Code.
#2. Provide complete compliance with the 2012 IECC for lighting.
#3. Update the expiration date on the electrical registrant stamp.
#4. The new panel designation on the panel schedule does not correlate with the One Line diagram, and floor plans floor plans.
#5. Indicate all conduit, conductor sizes and types for the feeders between the new gutter and CT cabinet.
#6. Provide for a complete grounding electrode system; include grounding electrode conductor sizes and types for the new service as required per 250 NEC.
#7. Show the location of the new service equipment on the power or electrical site plans.
#8. Could not locate Keynote # 9 shown on the lighting floorplans.
