The sanitary piping arrangement and location for grease interceptor on sheet P100 does not match what is shown on the Site Utility Plan. Coordinate.
The Grease Interceptor Sizing calculations on sheet P100 do not comply with City of Tucson amendment to 2012 IPC Section 1003.3. Per this amendment the calculation is as follows: Flow Rate = (0.3 x 58 DFU) + 20 = 37.4. Minimum Interceptor Volume = 37.4 x 30 x 1.25 = 1,402.5 gallons capacity. Provide a 1500 gallon grease interceptor.
On sheet P200 there is a boxed Note to the Engineer of Record to verify if a second water heater is required. Please review and comment regarding this note.
On sheet P200, the water calculations states that the water meter is 1 ½” whereas the Site Utility Plan shows a new 2” water meter. Coordinate.
On detail 13/P400 the grease interceptor size is shown incorrectly. See plumbing note 2 above.
Detail 9/P400 has a boxed note to the Engineer of Record to verify the required temperature rise with the Health Department. Was this done?
