All backfill, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, above the utility shading shall be conducted in accordance to the City of Tucson Transportation Standard Details, Specifications, and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way inspector and City Engineer. 4. All pavement patching, within the City of Tucson right-of-way, shall be conducted in accordance to the City of Tucson Transportation Standard Details, Specifications, and as directed by the City of Tucson right-of-way inspector and City Engineer. 5. In accordance to the City of Tucson Standards, permanent pavement patching shall be warrantied for 5-years, pavement patch's failing within this period shall be repaired/replaced at no cost to the City of Tucson. |
