09/23/2016 | MARTIN BROWN | FIRE | REVIEW | Reqs Change | It appears the door at rear of establishment (sheet A1.0, note 30) is a required exit. The 2 doors at the front are not far enough apart to count as separate exits. Therefore, panic hardware shall be installed at rear exit. Please remove all notes on cover sheet regarding fire sprinklers, as there are no sprinklers in the building. Please include response letter indicating how comments have been addressed. |

10/12/2016 | DAN SANTA CRUZ | ELECTRICAL-COMMERCIAL | REVIEW | Reqs Change | Please address the following electrical plan review comments. Also provide a written response. #1. Ref: plan sheet E6.0 Per the one line diagram, it appears the 400 amp all in one service #1 is also designated as panel 'C'. That being the case, the load calc's for panel 'C' would be a combination of panel 'A' and 'B'. Please revise the load calc's shown and include panel 'A'. Also the panel schedule for panel 'C' should include OCPD for panel 'B'. Ref: 2012 IBC 107.2.1, 2011 NEC. |
