On sheet -1, General Note 39 specified R-11 insulation for walls and R-19 insulation for roofs. This does not comply with the 2012 IECC Table C402.2. 5. On sheet A-1 "Fire Dept. On sheet A-2, remove all references to "ADA" in General Notes and Floor Plan Keynotes. 9. On sheet A-2, the exterior door at the northeast side of the north wall shall be an exit door meeting all requirements of IBC Section 1008. 10. On sheet A-2, the distance from the west wall in the accessible women's restroom to the obstructing east wall opposite the entry door must be 54" minimum since the door has a closer per hardware schedule. Reference: ANSI A117.1 Figure 404.2.3.2 (f). 11. On sheet A-2, the distance from the west wall in the accessible men's restroom to the obstructing lavatory opposite the entry door must be 54" minimum since the door has a closer per hardware schedule.
