Please see Chapter 9 of the IFC and indicate the type of system that will be installed. 4. Sheet TS and A1.3 indicates that only 2 exits are required for the building. The occupant load indicated exceeds 500 and a the minimum required is 3 per IFC 1015.2. 5. Sheet A2.18 is labeled as an Enlarged Building Floor Plan. The submitted set of drawings does not have a floor plan on this page. 6. Please provide a seating plan for all Assembly Areas so I can determine compliance with Section 1028 of the IFC. |
