The following comments need to be addressed prior to submitting mylars plan set for signatures. Redlined drawings must be returned with subsequent submittal. 1. Include the plan number "U-2015-010" in the title block of each sheet. 2. Sheet 1: Include the PIA activity number "T15PI00012 on cover sheet. 3. Sheet 1: Revise Arizona Blue Stake label with latest version. Arizona 811 has a new, updated label for engineering prints and plans and it is now available in JPG, PDF and DXF formats on their website under "Resources" - http://www.arizona811.com/resources. 4. Sheet 3: Indicate the radii of the proposed curb returns for the driveway on Tyndall . 5. Sheet 4: Provide a right and left profile of the proposed pavement in the public alley. 6. Sheet 4: The City of Tucson Department of Transportation will not be responsible for the maintenance of the proposed reinforced concrete slab.
